Great Week with RCAP and PACP

Had a great week, in Yellow Springs, Ohio

with RCAP ( Rural Community Assistance Partnership) of Ohio. We spent 3 days learning PACP/MACP/LACP then one day learning how to CCTV and use their SL RAT, acoustic inspection device.
